So I'm a whole 12 years older than you but it's good to hear that you & your girls are being realistic and embracing where you all are at. I sooo appreciate the bts footage from the RU-vid girlies. It’s a form of not gatekeeping for me ❤ I was in Georgia back in 2021. Every where we went the customer was horrible. My 10 year old even noticed it. Haven’t been back since.

Okay so hear me out… I don’t know how you feel about the refreshers but I ordered a strawberry refresher (whether or not you want lemonade is your choice). I’m not a fan of chewing my drinks so I ask for no inclusions add two scoops of lavender. It was giving a hibiscus vibe

Hey Shanice!!! You mentioned you were thinking you may want to try a pre workout. Just throwing out a suggestion. I use Ambrosia Kinetic preworkout (strawberry guava flavor)and I love it. Tastes very good and gives me that push and power I need to get through my workouts.
