In this vlog I open up about my anxiety and whats been going on following my fathers death and his celebration of life that I planned. I also bake some break recipes out of my sourdough starter. All families have issues unfortunately. People can be very mean and they are not worth having in your life. You and Everett are building your own family and that’s what counts. Funerals are very hard to go through and I am l thinking of you both. 🇨🇦. (I love watching all your videos)

I do associate clothes with situations I've worn them in. I have never again worn the clothes that I wore to my parents funerals. Loss of a parent is such a hard thing. You're in my thoughts and prayers. I was a major people pleaser too. It took me a long time to change, but you just cannot live like that your whole life. Yes to the decluttering videos.

Hang in there Hun, families are tough. After my Dad passed my family pretty much split up, he was the glue. You have friends and a husband that loves you, it’s ok to lean on them. Btw i associate clothes with memories, I had the cutest jumpsuit that I am getting rid of because it reminds me of the day I broke off a 45 year friendship. Big virtual hugs

I felt the same panic and sense of dread at my mom’s funeral when it came to family members I did not get along with. It was fine minus a couple of people. I did feel a sense of disconnect from the whole situation. I don’t think a service can’t really encompass the end to someone’s life. I feel that after 5 years I found that I celebrate my mom in multiple ways. Plant the tulips to remember him. I’m sorry that no one contacted you to give you condolences. When someone passes your surprised who really cares. I’m glad you have your dad’s twin. You will always remember his face. Your in my thoughts ❤

When I saw your uncle it made me so emotional, thank you for being so brave and honest with us about your mental health. Did you ever find out what caused your Dad's passing, was it anything with the knee surgery?

Yeah, it’s kind of wild sometimes out of my side. I I almost think it’s him. I’m thankful to have my uncle and feel that. At least I have part of my dad in a way.

Sorry about your dad. I threw away the clothes I wore to both my parents funerals shoes and all. I never wanted to see those clothes again
