I was able to relate to the feeling of "sadness" you mentioned about leaving California and going back to NYC. As someone who grew up in New York since I was little, it was really hard when my family moved to Colorado. I moved to Colorado when during my sophomore year of high school. I had a really hard adjusting to Colorado because the environment, demographic, and everything was so different from NYC. I used to think I would live in NYC for the rest of my life. This year marks my 9th year in Colorado and I'm really thankful that my parents decided to move to Colorado. I fell in love and learned to appreciate nature more and one of the biggest things I learned was that you don't have to live a fast-paced life but you can go at your own pace. I also learned to appreciate life more. As someone who watched your NYC vlogs to your new life in California, it has been amazing to see you try new things and grow. I hope you take the lessons and experiences with you that you learned and had during your time in California ❤️
