Hi Greg : ) its very common to have eating problems when you move house. For me, it's not eating, I remember standing in front of the refrigerator and not feeling inspired at all!! I actually loose weight. It's probably because you are stressed and it will pass. Being kind to yourself (as you say) is a good idea : ) You will fall into a good pattern as you settle down. Love that you share SO much with us. xxxx

Wow, thanks for being so transparent with us Greg! I am Leo so I am so discipline. I tell my friends if you want to loose weight come and stay with me! Lol. Going to the cinema without soda and popcorn no worries I drink green juices but on the cinema I drink diet coke, guilty, lol. Love your vlog! Bless and light alwAys ! 🙏, Namaste

Are u good with rituals Greg? Maybe will help you, like me I start my day at least with 20 ones of water then meditation , water, 16 oz of green juice around 8:00 am , more water and around 10:00 am I do a vegan breakfast, my fave recipe is 2 ripe bananas, 1 cup of oatmeal , 1 cup of coconut milk , cinnamon , put all in a nutribullet and you can cook it with coconut oil, so yummy, fruits and vegetable during the whole day or lentil soup . Last meAl around 5:30 pm bless 🙏

Really nice to watch your sharing :) .......I feel gym is more rational time-efficient approach because we can combine together cardio- and weight-training which emphasizes particular body part at the same time. But regular ourdoor exerice with fresh air is actually more joy and good for spirit and mind. I think you can actually do both XD.... because you are awsome! To get rid of coke, I sometimes like to drink sparkling water instead. ......Fresh bread is always nice, I agree.... :) Life is more about equilibrium... so now i am also learning how to get balance between self-discipline and pamper myself :)

Gregory, I have given up "Gluten" (wheat products) and processed sugar. I went through some withdrawals, but after that I now feel so much better!

I agree with the Coke ... A slippery slope... I have to cut it out too. Everyone is too concerned about themselves at the gym so don't worry .

Good for you sweetie!! But the gym is not for me. But keep in mind a lot of those people felt the same way you did.Remember they were not born that way. Its a great way to meet new people as well. I realized just recently that I ate to comfort myself and not because I was hungry. It was like I was trying to fill a emptiness inside. I really thought I was hungry though. But nothing I could eat filled the hole. Now I realize what it is. So I am trying to fill it with happiness,spirit and love for myself . I hope your efforts will be successful. I think you are on the right path.Take care and love the Vlog

Gregory you do belong there. You are there to get in shape it is not a contest. Know you are there to make a healthy new you. You will. If not to much money get a trainer to motivate you toward your goals. You will get stronger and feel better about yourself. Keep going until you feel like you belong there for it is for you and you will benefit in all ways mind, body, spirit, maybe your soul. You can do it! Love, Peace, Light, and many blessings!

I go in waves with the gym. I like going with a partner or friend sometimes. Then it's bonding and motivating. But I feel so out of place when I go alone. Thanks for this vulnerability in your video. It's good to know you're human, too 😜

Hi Greg! This is good news that you are going to the gym and eating heathy don't get stuck on just weight lifting maybe try spin class if they have it offered its intense but not boring but you can go at your own pace, there is HIIT (high intensity interval training) can be done on a tread mill,stair climber or elliptical watch some youtubers doing them just to get the idea also look up www. Bodybuilding.com it has some awesome workouts that you can pick from but make sure you talk to a trainer just to make sure you don't injure yourself .. I used to work in a gym where I did massage therapy and a lot of my clients injured themselves take your time on it all and it's a good place to clear your mind 💪🏻

Hi Gregory = ) I just wanted to share two things with you today. First, just so you know, I just subscribed to your "site".. ? I just wanted to say, I have never subscribed to anybody's webpage ever so, there! I really enjoy your interpretation of the planets. July's was like if you were talking about me, so that grabbed me = ) Anyways, the other thing I wanted to share with you, is : I agree with you about how bad drinking Coke could be so, I just wanted to recommend a no-guilt-sparkling-sweet flavored water that I feel does help take away the craving for the fizzy drinks, as you say. Hi Greg - for sure cut out the coke. Bread and butter - I say go for it - love that too. Why not give yourself some pleasurable things as you work hard at helping others. The gym - I am like you as I also found it to be daunting, but good to give it a try. You may find you get into it after a while. I think it is good to have a routine. Nice to hear that you are getting into the community via the gym and the other events going on in your community.

Best of Luck on the gym venture:) If you are craving things such as coke and bread you may want to investigate Candida. A Candida cleanse and diet may be helpful!

Maybe you should try yoga, if you feel our of place at the gym.. that's what I'm doing anyway. I'm not too big on being fit either, I'm not overweight but very... weak. :D I've been trying to gain some energy lately. Yoga helps you relax and move your body in a gentle way, but at the same time, it can give people incredible strength. It will not improve you in a flashy way (no gigantic abs to show off at the beach necessarily :) ) but it will definitely give you balance and stamina.

Gregory Scott If you feel the need to let off some steam, or if you bottle things up sometimes try a kick-boxing/body combat class -they are excellent for releasing those energies , I find classes in general more exciting and energetic than lifting .Best of luck with that endeavour stay clear of bread ( my bread maker is on a lock down)btw. I love your vlogging

Hey Gregory, I wish you best of luck with the gym in spite of the muscle meat heads. Why do they have to make so much noise? Grunting is very unattractive, I don't care what your abs look like. I too have an addictive personality, what I have trouble with is consistency. Well, with a double grand trine in my natal chart I'm all over the map, I have so many things I love to do! Never could figure out why some people say they are bored. Do watch what yo eat though, food can kill you, especially anything that has high fructose corn syrup, which is linked to diabetes, obesity and high triglycerides. Best, Joey

Try to do more body weight training like push ups, sit ups etc. And static Excercise to improve balance.You can do it! I enjoy your readings. Br Leo From finland

Best of luck with the gym! Why not try a cardio class with music, with all the girls around cheering you up instead of the boring weight-lifting? Would definitely be much more enjoyable and you'd end up seeing gym as something fun, besides the calorie burning exercise is always welcomed. You can do it ;) just gotta find out what works best with your personality

Gym is boring. Try gardening. Bread ( no butter ) and water is the best diet. Do you practice yoga at all?
