yes!!! this was super cool, the automatically generated subs always makes things harder or confusing to understand, and i really wanted to understand the video!
A Japanese girl with a camera wandering into an abandoned shrine in the middle of the forest. You're giving me heavy FATAL FRAME / PROJECT ZERO vibe! Especially the 5th one. Even your clothes and style feel like you're from that game!
I like the way you show the most ordinary things. Like the bird on the wires. Also your "dancing" is definitely something I'd do if I had enough courage to stand in front of camera. Really appreciate the video. 👌
Love the ambiance of Japan..I visited Japan twice last year..including Kyoto...I am not a religious person...but I felt the spiritual air...I even made a prayer at a temple in Tokyo (Myōhō-ji)..And when I left, I had tears me my eyes knowing the chances are I'll never be back...And I always bowed when entering and leaving a temple or shrine through a Tori gate...I went as far south as Kagoshima..visited Kumamoto, Hiroshima, Oaska, Kyoto and Tokyo...I ventured out to Ibaraki, Yamanashi, Enoshima, Kanazowa-Hakkei and Shin- Yokohama...Japan is an amazing country.
I loved the aesthetic of the bamboo forest and the shrine, I want to visit a place like that so much! Also, it was funny when you were looking behind to check for people coming before jumping around :v
I loved visiting this shrine so much when I was living in Kyoto! Can highly recommend. Some tips for when you visit: - Definitely go up the full path to the main shrine buildings. One or two cats live there are they are insanely cute. And the buildings are also cool of course. - There are two special and beautiful toori gates created by a local artist for this shrine. You can see one of the at 2:54 (the stone one) and the other is further up the hill. - There is a scenic viewing spot if you go to the right as you come up to the main shrine buildings on the hill with a great view over Kyoto including Fushimi Castle Definitely one of my favourite places in Japan. Hope I'll get to be there again someday :)
Your video was very peaceful, and interesting. I grew up on a farm so I've always enjoyed nature, how calm everything is, how there's very little noise apart from the wind and animals, and I miss how clean the air was. Thank you for your video.
This is very good. The music is very appropriate for the video. I enjoyed it very much. I will subscribe. You are entertaining and very wholesome. I appreciate you.
This is the most pleasant video I have watched in quite a long time. It abounds in joy, spontaneity, youthfulness and exceptional beauty. I consider this a genuine work of art that is worthy of praise. It makes me yearn to revisit Japan very badly after my first visit there on a pilgrimage to Taisekiji Temple in October, 1972.
I have always thought shrines have some sort of mystic energy to them. They glare a light of peace and budist inner peace I might say. Sometimes secular culture transmit the very peace of root foundations in every country. Japan is not an exception for this! Best regards from Argentina
Ohayou Gozaimasu Kaori-chan .. greetings from Barcelona. I am Japanese student, in summer i visited Japan , and Kyoto but did not know this abandoned jinja . I see that is near JR Fujinomori Eki . Subarashii Bideo. .. I am learn japanese with me.. Good luck with your studies.. Ganbatte Kudasai.. 😃
thanks to youtube to showing this on my feed. that shrine reminds me of the forest where I used to play with my dad and other neighbors on my childhood. too bad they chopped the forest til they got rid off it. thanks for showin such wonderful places.
Oh my God, the shrine is sooooo beautiful, I am getting tears in my eyes, they are just like the shrines in my country India, so wonderful how we two countries are so far yet so connected 🇮🇳🇯🇵
Bless You for what You are doing young lady :) . Keep on going to forgotten magic places like this. I think that Old Spirits wants that too and They will help us (us who are watching this ) in return. :) . Cheers from Polish in UK :))))
that moment right after you straightened your hair when the wind made a mess anyway hahahahah. dont worry, you look good either way. weather is naughty hahahahah. and as somebody said before me, you are a pro at capturing the natural beauty and captivating small moments, like the shadows under that tree. wonderfully captured atmosphere !! thank you.
@@adiamondforever7890 on one end I want to appreciate such poetry about nature but on another any mentions of god or gods in the comments makes me wonder if u arent another bot trying to frustrate my ass with religious bullshit hahahahah
I have no idea why this showed up in my You Tube feed. But I'm glad it did, what a nice, peaceful short movie contrasting city and nature, an aspiring film director in the making! Well done! 👏
Im like how much time and energy to put these void gates everywhere??But To be in harmony with the awe-inspiring aspects of nature is to be conscious of kannagara no michi so thats chill.
i love your vlogs!! thank you for putting subtitles in english and japanese~ i'm currently learning japanese so it's really helpful!! i'm looking forward to watching your channel grow
I avoid going outside as much as I can, but you've shown a peaceful, deserted place, now I kind of want to go outside to a place like that! Thank you for respecting this place's beauty ^w^
I don't like Going Outside because of People, but I like Going out To Places With no People, it is Something I discover I like to do recently !! I hope You can Enjoy going out Peaceful too (。’▽’。)
@@sskr_o Exactly, it's not as bad if there's no one else around. Insects are still annoying though, as seen in this video ww! Maybe sometime I'll go out to a peaceful place, but I don't know where...
I really hope this isn't weird to say.. but there's something about your voice and facial expressions that add to the serenity of your videos.. 😅 keep it up .. I'm looking forward to more of Japan that you'd show us.. hopefully I'll visit one day
When I traveled to Japan in february I went there too! Expect i took the path where I started at the top of the mountain. Nice to see that other people go there too :D
Personally, i like someone who enjoy being with them self. Who find happiness within because they do what they like, and share it to the world. I'm a new subscriber. Always be happy..
Sorry, the first thing that comes to my mind when I see an abandoned Shinto Shrine is the beginning of Digimon Survive. I sort of expected you to get isekai'd into another world, lol. Cool video, short and comprehensive! Thanks for making this video. :)
I too love nature, but am not a fan of many insects. I'm impressed by the work on this, and your ability to walk in those shoes in the woods. This was fun and relaxing. 💙💙
Merci pour ce vlog! C'étais super doux de pouvoir découvrir ce temple abandonné avec toi. J'adore ton énergie, ne change rien! --- Thanks for the vlog! That was so sweet to be able to discover this abandoned shrine with you. I like your energy, keep it up!
