Surgery PTSD is a real thing! I had major surgery in 2021 and I was out for 12 weeks. It’s a total process especially for us gals that love training and being active. It takes time it’s better to be patient so that when you are 100, it’ll be all good instead of getting back prematurely and prolonging recovery. Best wishes your way. 😊

Also would totally be down for a more in depth morning or evening routine where you explain what parts are in there, which order and why that specifically works for you (like how you went into detail in your latest podcast episode:)) - I am super into habit science and always love to see why specific things in specific orders work for people haha. And I am TOTALLY the same with crime/horror tv series movies etc. I caved and went to "Smile" together with my fiancé in the movie theatre and I WAS NOT OKAY.
