My dad passed instantly and out of the blue (my parents had been married 47 years) so now I have anxiety and consumed with lose every day all day about losing anyone /myself. So I know how you feel. Eboni, don't forget about whole organic gloves, tumeric, rose hip tea, organic hibiscus tea. Also from time to time , put a little baking soda in 8 or 16 ozs of water stir well , drink. Make a picture of lemon and key lime water to drink . Baking soda helps keep your body alkaline. ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

I love black love❤ if I was to get married big (I wanna elope) your wedding color and everything would be how I would wanted it. Oh and yes Sour Sop is great to prevent C I don’t even say the word and Black Seed Oil make sure it’s all organic but I suggest the actual Sour sop Fruit Amazon does sell the actual fruit as well also Watercress which is like a plant similar to lettuce to me so I use it in salad you find it in grocery stores
