Hello, To go up from bottom probably around 2h (as you are experienced). Then it depends how long you will stay up. Then probably around 2h30 to go down and continue to the bottom of the waterfall. If I were you, I start at around 8 AM... Than I arrive around 10AM... Stay there to eat and enjoy the spot... Around 12 I go down and go to the bottom of the waterfall. I hope I was helpful :)
