I tore my ACL skiing in January with friends and the The part about practicing gratitude and the body keeps the score made me cry so much. After going through the hardest time in my life i can reflect that the only way I’ve made it through is thanks to the close people in my life that l could trust for help and never stopped believing in me. The book "The Myth of Normal" is really good for people that have gone through trauma... Like you said, not an easy read because to go through these books also mean it's bringing our brain back to that time in place to have more of an understanding, but ultimately once you get through the emotional rollercoaster of it it brings a lot of clarity. Love your channel, just wanted to share this
