몇일 전부터 영상이랑 똑같은 플라하반 오트밀 사서 먹고 있었는데 영상 타이밍 개꿀ㅎ 우유, 요거트랑 같이 아님 죽으로만 먹었는데 쌀처럼 볶음밥이나 리조또로 만들어 먹을 생각은 못했네요 근데 플레하반 오트밀 넘 비싸요 ㅋㅋ 트레이더스에서 1kg 13000원에 샀는데 영상링크는 더 싸긴해도 11900원... 아직까지 오트밀은 플레하반 제품만 먹어봤어서 다른 제품이랑 차이는 모르겠지만 쿠팡에 2.5kg에 1만원 제품도 있어서 이거 먹어보고 큰차이 없으면 넘어갈듯
Oatmeal mania... do excuse me if I use this kind of expression. All recipes look AWESOME and DELICIOUS. It reminds me of my potato mania period when I first learnt how to cook I tried almost every potato recipe I could make (I was 13 or 14) and luckily my family loves potatoes so it's a win-win situation 😉🥰
so im indian and i eat oats in breakfast alot cuz our meals are very vegetarian dishes based and even though we are not vegetarian we eat any meat/fish/eggs once in a month. so i make them sweet and savoury both ways and one of the easy savoury way i make them is with mustard seeds. so what i do is heat some oil and put in some mustard seeds, then some chillies and onions. after that i put some turmeric and salt and cook them till the onions are cooked and put the mixture on already cooked oatmeal, mix them up and and pour just a lil bit of lemon juice (optional) and its ready. if u like some sweetness with the flavours u can also add any of your fav sweetener with it. also somehow i dont like drinking milk in the morning so i usually cook oatmeal with water. such a filling healthy breakfast

In Ireland we do love our oats. Growing up I had porridge for my breakfast all the time. My dad would make a big pot pf it in the pressure cooker the night time. It was just made with water and a little sugar. Now I make it every morning in the microwave with skimmed milk, a teaspoon of peanut butter and some sultanas. So yummy. I have never tried savoury porridge, your video makes me want to try. It looks delicious!
Microwaving you food kills it. It fills you up but the food's nutrients and every and annihilated. And scientists have fairly recently discovered that full-fat dairy reduces your chance of heat attack, stroke, and dementia later in life.
I bought oatmeal and ate it as rice/porridge replacement a few years back but because I had it over many days and many meals to finish it on my own, I got sick of the texture eventually lol 😅😂 your video reminded me of that time but truly it's a versatile grain. You can really make cheap and healthy meals from it.

When others hear my ingredients that don't seem at all enticed to try it lol. Those oatcakes from Flapjacks looked so ono. And your granola mix also looks so yummy.
