I love sweet sweat, I bought the burner stick to make you sweat even more and it works 10x more . Just don’t put it in the dryer if you wash it, it’ll stretch out!

I totally agree with your coworker, I recently went through a 9-week program to get my foot in the door of a dental office. With that being said I have 1 more semester of pre-reqs and I'll be applying to the DH program. 🦷🧚🏾‍♀️

Next time try putting albolene cream on your stomach and wrap it with Saran then put the sweet sweat band on, you will sweat more in your stomach area. The albolene is a makeup remover I believe.

Yes I agree I didnt use saran wrap bcuz the cream and sweat belt are enough this is an old boxing technique that they used to make their weight for a fight it helps u lose water weight quickly

I'm thinking it's the mask, due to your skin being dry(I suffer from dry skin as well). The disposable mask probably causes friction and irritates your nose. Maybe more moisturizer on that area can help.

@@pamelachicaiza8108 yes because we started in the middle of the pandemic and they had to implement a ton of new rules with our class due it covid. We were learning with our instructors sometimes. And being in person only once a week for clinic was hard and made retaining information and actually applying feedback hard. Hopefully it’s different for you. You have to be ready to really entirely focus on DH school. For us we were told to literally stop working and find someone else to take care of our kids if we had any. It was really stressful for me… but I made it! And so will you! Good luck on your journey, manage your time well, and always find time to just take care of your self. Find friends and encourage each other, make group chats, study together. That will help a lot, at least it did for me to know that I wasn’t struggling alone.

Hey mama! You were definitely doing the urgo (I hope I spelt it right lmao) wrong. The proper technique is once you get forward with both your knees and hands, you pull back your knees first all the way through, then stretch your arms back, and same thing going back in. Knees first, arms after. Then arms first, knees aftwr. You need to feel it in your thigh, abdomen and back. Took a while to get used to it also but it’s worth it. Works everything out. As for your nose, do you get really close to your screens? Phone, ipad, computer screens? The light from them can burn the tip of your nose. - It happened to my daughter when she was younger and obsessed with her iPad. 😅 When we realized that was the culprit, and corrected it, all was well. 😊

Regarding your nose, yes, it's sunburn. My boyfriend had the same problem. Try Banana Boat SPF 50, the spray or in lotion form. I prefer the spray.

Hey girl hey! Happy Sunday!! I love the sweet sweat band! I’ve been using it for years and my favorite part of undressing after my workout is taking the band off and watching all of the sweat fall on the floor 🤣 if doesn’t sound the best but it feels so satisfying! I also use their coconut sweat enhancer. And I absolutely love The Ordinary brand. So affordable and very effective.

I used to get sunburn on my nose and it looks identical to what you have. Whatever brand you’re using doesn’t have the right protection for your skin or it needs to be reapplied more frequently throughout the day. Dermalogica actually makes a really good one! Putting vaseline or aquaphor will help it heal the burn up pretty quickly though.

I love the Ordinary. Really good products and very affordable. It may be a good idea to have the spot checked on your nose with your Dermatologist. It maybe just some hyperpigmentation from trauma…but it never hurts to have it checked just in case.
