I think it’s good you’re going in-office bc she can control your dosage. I have a friend who lost 15 pounds in the first month 😫, and another friend gained weight instead of losing and stopped the injections. 3 pounds seem healthy in the first week. I wish you success on the journey!

Yay to you starting semaglutide. I'm on week 18 & I'm down 24.5 lbs. I'm still on a lower dose and will continue to be as long as I'm losing and my appetite is suppressed. Like you, I researched for over a month before taking that leap! You got this!!! ❤ I'm here if you need a friend on the way 🤗

Also, I do my injections at home. I go thru a telehealth company and it's shipped to my door. I can go at my own pace and no rush to go up in dose.
