I'm on day 5 of doing the treadmill challenge for February - its difficult with my work schedule but I'm trying to keep it going and find a good routine for me. I definitely want to start reflecting in Oct like you did cause it made so much sense that you spent those 3 months getting things in place to be successful once the new year hits! The wall art came out AMAZING too!

I’ve been working out for a few years and hit a stump in the road. I did class pass for January and I love it so I continued my membership, highly recommend.

Now as an esthetician yes you must wash your face after working out, it’s the salt that’s in our sweat on top of touching our face after touching the work out equipment, overall a bad combination.
