if ur waking up feeling dry mouthed, try getting a humidifier. I found that helped me a lot. plus turn your heat down to 60, that will help with over heating. and always go with 100% cotton bedding. it is the best for keeping your body temp at a perfect level/

Hey girlie! Just a lil tip you may already know but you can order a tortilla on the side at chipotle. They are less than a dollar. I always get a few tortillas on the side with my bowl and ill eat from the bowl and also make a burrito with the tortilla. It's like having a burrito and a bowl at the same time! 😘
