I’m now obsessed with electrolytes.. I have always been drinking water but I don’t think my body was absorbing it. Now, my skin lots soo good in just a few days. Thank you for the plug ❤️❤️❤️

I agree✨❤️ been drinking electrolytes for a couple of months and I feel like my body is actually getting hydration. Previously I would get headaches and feel tired but making sure your body’s electrolytes are balanced helps so much. Tip: you can also make your own plain electrolyte water with lemon or sea salt or simply put a grain of flakey salt on your tongue before you drink a glass of water. 💦

Hi my liefie only a pleasure ❤️ love doing these videos for you, truly brings me alot of joy. With my wedding ring, I will have to have a look on my certificate because it was a custom piece from bellagio✨ but yes the band is slightly thicker than usual rings I love it.
