Nuria maybe that therapist wasn't your match!! Tried two therapists in my life and I felt like one of them didn't understand me at all and wasn't helpful, but the other one changed my life. Whenever you're ready you could try again, don't feel discouraged❤️❤️❤️

Hi I also want to add something about therapy from my experience: for me, on top of not every therapist being right for me, I also found that different "directions" or types of therapy were right for me in different times. So there were times when I felt I just needed someone to listen and times when I felt I needed more "homework" or active therapy, and it changed. There were also times when I realized I could have said what I needed from my therapy and maybe they could have changed their approach but that never occurred to me. But you absolutely can say things like that, and you can say "hey i felt like you are not really understanding me because…". I just wanted to write this here in case it can help someone. I am back in therapy now after a really long time. It’s still early to say but I feel like this therapist really understands me. I wish everyone reading this luck in figuring out this weird but lovely life

I am a diagnosed ADHDer and am wondering about your assessment results. I have to say you don't look like one cuz you've been working hard in a way that you can still feel it, and that doesn't seem to be an ADHD thing cuz we could never have that "working hard" feeling. But I could be wrong. I never thought I could be the hard working kind until taking the medication. you're actually someone I get my motivation from
