My go-to bedtime fragrance is the Aveda shampure mist. I actually think it’s discontinued, but sometimes makes an appearance randomly during holiday time in gift sets😉. I use it as bedtime fragrance, hair refresher and pillow mist! Love it and I will buy all of them when I find it❤

Great vlog I too removed as much sugar as possible, that includes the hidden sugar as well, do with increasing my water and time at the gym I am down to 177lbs from 236lbs. Chile what a journey. I was up and down then decided to stop with the self sabotage and I am getting to the end of what started out as one goal to 4. Loving what I see and how I feel. That sugar does do much damage to us because it’s in everything. I use the same unsweetened coffee along with unsweetened creamer. I don’t like the idea of replacing so many clothes as a fashionista I have a lot of them ok. Also check out TJ Maxx thru really have some cute colorful ones that will pop any outfit. Love what you have done in your new place ❤ for the purses.
