Everyone is going through some sort of respiratory issues this season. They should have gave you a asthma pump, cough pills, short course of steroids, if you don’t feel better after that then chest X-ray make sure no pneumonia. Sending prayers of healing feel better.❤

You need cough meds with codiene . Also get a chest X-ray to make sure you don’t have walking pneumonia. I had an Upper respiratory infection.

Hey, Sweetheart, you're a smoker like me and I shared the same issues as you. I was told here in Florida it's called the Smokers Flu....Try this out ....I had to slow down on smoking and back off of meat for about 2 weeks. You have to drink plenty of water and get rest. Get a humidifier and take your meds and you should take Mucinex and drink Mullins tea with ginger and honey. I promise you will feel better...Take care Beautiful. 🥰

Try removing dairy from your diet as it causes excess mucus. I also agree with the other comments of slowing down on the drinking and the smoking. Try a detox.

Try the mucinex in the white bottle. I get sinus infection and they do suck with the residual cough. I usually blow my nose a lot, nasal rinse, ibuprofen and allergy meds daily.

Try Zarbees elder Berry and honey kids cough syrup from the drug store I had whooping cough so bad went to the ER n all nothing wud work..... please please try it my cough cleared up n 2 days after weeksssss of coughing I had a cold and the cough jus wud not go away my chest started hurting my lungs were exhausted....hope u feel better ❤

You sound like you do have asthma I have you better watch it can mess your breathing up. If you feel like you can breath go start to the hospital it can turn in to pneumonia. . This is nothing to play with you might need steroids and a breathing machine to control your breathing at home they will should you to do it. Praying for you.
