I can go to any store and get the same type of citronella candle for under $20.😅 $430 for a candle is beyond insane to me. We have bills and a car payment that is about that a month.😂

Although I can definitely relate to the candles being pricey and the same amount as some peoples bills, I think people seem to forget that people spend their money in different ways and everyone’s finances are different. So while some people can’t justify or can’t afford something like that candle, other people can. She’s not the only one who buys that candle, clearly, and you don’t have to make 6 figures to afford it either. I’ve gotten a large candle (that was a different brand) from Anthropologie around $230 and I was in nursing school and not making tons of money. Was it the most financially sound decision? Probably not. But it was my money, my other bills were paid (I lived on my own, not with a relative), and I wanted the candle so I made the decision to splurge on something that I wanted and knew wasn’t going to last 20 years. Just saying, everyone deserves to have some grace and we’re not going to agree with everything anyone does 😊

@@tthread29 I do get that. It's definitely a personal choice. No hate from me. I just personally cannot justify spending that on a candle lol. Groceries can cost less than that when you budget.

I got a pap smear 6 weeks after giving birth. Surprisingly it wasn't that bad. I think it was because I birthed a human being so the tools they use for the pap felt like nothing.😂😂😂😂
