I’m an agent and you are doing the smart thing. New Construction is the way to go especially if you can get in on the first phase. Every house after yours will drive the equity up in your house. In addition, if you add anything customized from the builder grade, it sets your house a part from other like models in your neighborhood. Thank you for dropping that financial knowledge on your subscribers. I used to teach financial planning to high school students. Don't ever, ever, ever co-sign nothing for nobody!
