hey mama just a tip on clogged ducts/mastitis… you might be using the wrong size pump flanges!! I have the same spectra pump as you and surprisingly the flanges that came with the pump were way too big!!! my ducts were always clogging bc it wasn’t truly emptying 😭 not sure if that’s an issue for you but wanted to share!!!

I wouldn’t necessarily say she “copped an attitude” over milk, I think she was just saying it ahead of time because she probably has been having to say it a lot recently. Granted, they aren’t the exact same. But, people probably go “well, do they taste the same” cause you know people.

I’ve been in that spot for about a year and half. I had babies back to back and some days I still just want to sleep. I’ve recently seen a physiatrist and it’s really helped. It’s okay to ask for help and I struggled with that for awhile

You’ll 100% need that second bottle of sunflower lecithin!!! It’s the ultimate Bobbie supplier, I took it everyday for a year! I was out for a week and noticed and HUGE difference so keep taking it daily

I don't know if this is helpful, but for me what made a big difference in clogged ducts wash to wear loose bras instead of more supportive ones. It felt weird at first but was worth it. Another helpful thing was taking sunflower lecithin, it helps to make the fat in your milk more slippery and you have less of a chance of it clogging as well.

I would recommend Pink Stork Total Lactation Probiotic & Ritual Postnatal to help with Milk supply. Especially the pink stork. My milk supply had dropped significantly and saw a difference right away after taking it.
