Oh girl! I feel your pain with the whole wear and tear thing. Real Estates are seriously the worst when exiting a property. We have just gone through the same thing. Exiting a brand new property that we had lived in for 5 years and they're expecting it to be left in the exact same "brand new condition". And are being so picky and anal with even the slightest shit. Goodluck! Hope you receive your bond back x

Legit!! The quotes they said they got for everything was like $6k lollll you'd think I absolutely damaged the whole place 🤣 ridiculous but I cbf arguing so I told them just keep my bond. One of the things was there was a mark on the marble bench top so they wanted to replace the whole bench top like sis 🤨🤨🤨

@@TarshaWhitmore it's absolutely ridiculous, like in what world do these prices come from 🤷 we questioned the prices as there was a tiny hole in the fly screen and she quoted $250 you can quite iterally buy fly screen from bunnings for $29 😂😱 she said it's bcoz they have to pay tradesman that's why the prices are so inflated! The sad thing is.. they do this sorta shit to everyone.. how many bonds are they taking from people for no good reason!

it's not a colour they're highlights and toner etc. she uses different toners every time depending on what my hair needs that session. you're better off showing your hair dresser a photo of my hair so they can do something similar 😃
