Please don't stop doing what you are doing, because your videos are so inspiring. Seeing you sticking to regiments and taking care of yourself is so motivating. I love that you update us and hold us accountable along with holding yourself accountable. Watching you get amp about your self love journal and going to the gym and for walks even sitting in my favorite park is really nostalgic for me. When I was living in N.O.a few years ago I used to do the same thing I call it two-a-days. I'm even more motivated to get back at it and to get my health back on track as well. Walking took some time for me to do because I was a marathon runner and unfortunately, a year ago my knees started letting me know that it was time to calm tha phux down so now, at the beautiful age of 52 I've been walking for the last 6 months and what helps me is having a good play list and like you said a good walking trail. Your videos are truly amazing. Thank you.

Us Bmore girls know a Real one when we see them 💜 My mother got me the pulling oil a few weeks ago, and I've seen a difference it a short period of time, too. Do not spit the oil in your sink if you're doing so. It's not good for the drain at all. Keep up the Discipline , the results are showing 💪🏾💪🏾

Hey Gee, it's best to use 10ml of the Oil Pulling for 10 mins (2xs a day). Brush your teeth right after. I've been using it for a while and my teeth are the healthiest it's ever been

For natural deodorant I’m sure you did your research but just in case it can be a long funky journey lol . For some people using the benzinite clay helps detoxify your pits . @@GeranikaMycia Best Advice I’d give is to keep some cleansing wipes with you a pocket size deodorant and some spray because you’re body Is used to holding that sweat and now it has to readjust. It’s best you started now B4 it really heats up outside 😷😂😂

Hey girl, I could never find a deodorant that worked for me. I now use lime. I squeeze it in a spray bottle and use it that way, or I just apply it directly. Rub it in an make sure it’s dry. No musty Smell BUT it doesn’t prevent sweat. Check it out!

The oil pulling works girl, I’ve been doing it for a while & it helps with overall oral health ❤ Also make sure you don’t spit it out down the skin, it’ll clog your drain. Spit it in the trash.

Loved this! I missed my workout this morning running late today. This evening after work I chopped the day up to a non workout day and was sitting on the coach watching this. Then I saw you going to the gym. So I got my butt up off the couch and went downstairs to my basement to complete my 10k steps for the day at least. As I walked you begin mentioning how it motivates you seeing others on there vlogs working out………lol hence me talking to the screen telling you that you just did the same thing for me! Thank you. I had lost 14 pounds after my breast reduction in January and I have gain some of the weight back. So its time to work on health and work. Hey Gi! You are the highlight of my Monday ❤ I’ve been wearing natural deodorant for about 6 years and let me tell you now none of them hold as long as regular deodorant. You have to reapply. So far Lume has given the longest wear and believe it or not Arm & Hammer natural holds long too. It’s always a search but it’s worth it. Ooouu also detox your underarms with clay if you’re transitioning from regular deodorant to natural. Regular deodorant clogs your underarm ducts. Hope that wasn’t long 🤭

I use Lume deoderant stick- dont like the cream at all. It works. Lavender sage is my fave. Tangerine is good in the clear body wash and stick deoderant too. The wipes are great to freshen up at work. I'm going thru the change😮 hun.

Try the Lume deodorant in Powder Fresh. That and the Saltair has been the only natural deodorants that have worked for me.

Yes Gi I am with you when it comes to working out, I have loss 53lbs but it was 59 a week ago so you watch the intake. I started back eating multigrain muffins in the morning for breakfast with my one egg and one turkey saugage patty but chile I am done with the bread. I also started back with two meals a day the evening meal just protein and vegetables, but baby until I reach the until goal it will be back to the protein shake ok. I have my lip lightening cream in my cart. Thanks sis for all the info❤

I went into Ulta and came across Megabae underarm detox and Each and Every natural deodorant, Chefs Kiss! Plus they have a tiny size, that I carry in my small purses and I be good. Plus I can smell it every time I put my arms up, the Native scent vanishes after awhile and did nothing for me.

Hey G. You should consider doing the rose water first and then your sunscreen. You end up diluting the sunscreen and it’s not as effective. Sunscreen should be the last step in your sunscreen. Just saying! But do as you please 🙏🏾

FYI natural deodorant aren’t anti perspirants thus the sweating. They are just for hiding the scent.

Not you sleeping in the park with noise canceling headphones. I’m sure you were fine, but be careful! … Yes to the kite. I got my son one from Walmart & we were at the park for 1hr! So fun!

❤ you girlfriend Quick tip.. If you take the entire whole chicken and put it in a large freezer ziploc bag, seal it. And take your hands and just roll it in the bag. Roll it and keep rolling. All the chicken will be separated from the bone. And all you have to do is pull out the bones so much easier!!

I don't know what's going on with Nike. My husband and I have been having foot pain, knots forming under the foot. Switch shoes problem stopped. Nike has gotten cheap quality wise
