Third time mom here. The absolute main thing I’d recommend to anyone is the Doona. So expensive but an absolute life changing baby product. I dread the day my 8 month old outgrows it. People complain about babies growing out of them fast, but the weight and height requirements are the same as any other infant car seat. A rotating convertible car seat for when baby outgrows their infant car seat is also a huge must have. My other must haves are velcro swaddles (Swaddle Me is the brand we used), sound machine, electric nose sucker (the bulb they use at the hospital is good but not as efficient), zipper footie pajamas (baby will live in these for the first few months, the outfits and regular clothes are cute but absolutely not practical with a squishy newborn). I could be here for hours giving recommendations but it’s all honestly trial and error. Your instincts will kick in and you’ll know what your baby needs. I do not recommend stocking up on diapers beforehand as you truly don’t know which diapers baby will react best to. With our first we literally went through every single brand trying to find what worked best and held her blowouts in. The big name brand diapers actually were the worst for us and we’ve been using the diapers from Sam’s for all of our kids with no issues. I’d also (trust me, I know it’s hard) really stop buying baby clothes. I only had a baby shower for my first baby and 90% of the gifts I received were clothes. We got a couple of things from our registry but had to do a massive purchase of everything essential before she was born. She didn’t wear 75% of her clothes because we had bought so many then were gifted so many at my shower. Worse problems to have for sure but definitely expect a ton of clothes. Also, the Miss Mouths stain spray on Amazon will save all his clothes from blowouts stains and eventually food stains! I keep multiple bottles on hand with my toddlers being so rough on their clothes and a baby starting solids. It gets out every stain imaginable!

Try a belly band when you work out or just in general when you feel like you have round ligament pain. My hubby is a chiropractor and I swear by chiropractic adjustments while pregnant. It helps so much! ❤

I had my daughter 4 months ago and there is so much I recommend so here we go but also I have only been a mom for 4 months so take my thoughts with a grain of salt! 1. Adding stuff that will outlast the newborn stage (like stuff he will need even up until 1 yr old: example a high chair, activity center, stuff for solids, etc) 2. A stroller that can grow with your family: we have the mockingbird single to double and it’s absolutely amazing! Get all the attachments! 3. Portable sound machine for travel (we have the hatch mini) Lastly, if you want do a diaper and wipe raffle at your shower and have people bring you diapers and wipes (we haven’t had to buy diapers or wipes yet) Hopefully this is helpful, I’m sure there is more but those are the ones I can think of off the top of my head!

My daughter measured between 2-3 weeks ahead my entire pregnancy and she came after her due date 😂 I would love to see a registry video! I'm hoping to get pregnant with baby #2 soon so I'm super into baby stuff again right now😂

Uppababy stroller & car seat are the BEST. If you plan on a second kid, it’s so worth it. We did the evenflo shyft (like doona) and we regretted it when my second was born they are 16 months apart so we ended up buying the uppababy set
