I have been having constant mental issues for past 3 years now. Therr are days where you feel "okay, maybd i can get thru all this fast, good days are coming" and then we witness days when we dive deep into blue and don't have energy to do anything, constant urge to sleep all day leaving all the work behind and the brain manipulates us into believing that we are losers and not worthy enough to live or this phase is never ever gonna end or whatsoever. I know you also go thru this and understand every bit of this comment. So i would like you to know that Aaliyah, you are anything but alone in this journey. I pray and hope that you will get thru this heavy stage of life. Meditation is the thing that if commited to properly can bring a real change. Everything else is temporary. Mind has the ability to create problems even when everything's fine. Cause if we look at it most of the time there's actually no real problem, no one's coming to get us or anything. No health issue financial issue family issue or anything. I realised this when actually a real problem hit me and all hell broke loose in my life, my dadi who bought me up got cancer, also a lot of responsibility came on me, a lot of other big problems were happening on the side. Life was hell. I suddenly realised then that when everything was fine I was sad for nothing. I wanted that easy life back so bad, and suddenly felt grateful for it. I realised how important it is to be grateful and be in the present moment. Most of the time it's just psychological drama going on. It's all in the head trust me. Consider if all of a sudden we lose all memory language or imagination, we'll be most peaceful and happy. Don't rely on these medications most of it is just business. Commit to daily meditation, look up sadhguru inner engineering or art of living, and you'll soon look behind and laugh why all these little things were even a problem.

Aaliyah I love your content but it’s getting more repetitive now. We need to see different things. I understand you’re going through something but you will be will see more changes in your mental health if you start hanging out with your friends and family more often. Maybe try doing different challenges or other fun content. I would love to see it ❤️❤️❤️

Just a suggestion please don’t take all these anxiety medications… specially if its allopathy. These medications have so many side effects and they are long term side effect as well. You can try homeopathy treatment. It will atleast not kill your body slowly 😢 .
