Remember that it took you 9 months to gain that weight so it's ok to lose it slowly (or not at all, like me 😂) ❤️ be kind to yourself. Talk to yourself how you'd want Sutton to talk to herself one day. ❤️❤️

Props to you for normalizing weight gain in pregnancy and weighing more than 140 lbs in general. You look amazing before and now!

I just want to say, you look beautiful as a mommy! Also, don’t be so hard on yourself for any weight gain from the pregnancy, it’s super normal, give it time! 🤗🤗🤗

Sutton is just a angel baby! You and Collin are doing an incredible job with her Bianca!! 💕 you may already do this, but if not I wanted to share a little tip I learned for my breast pump when I was nursing my 2 babies! You can put your pump parts in a gallon size zip lock bag and store them in your fridge during the day and pull them out throughout the day as needed to pump. No need to wash inbetween pumping. Just put it back in the fridge when you are done! At the end of each day before bed I would hand wash them in the sink and then put them in the Medela sanitizing bags that go in your microwave. Each bag is good to use for a month! It was such a time saver for me, especially on the nights we didn’t run the dishwasher. Just wanted to share that little tip with you❤️ you’re doing awesome Mama!!!

I had a 2 week and 6 week postpartum appointment for a normal vaginal delivery! So it seems like every place just does things differently! My first one was just a lot of checking in while the second one was an exam to make sure my cervix closed and things were healing.

I work at starbucks! The reason the iced matcha tea latte with strawberry sweet cream cold foam didn't look perfect is because its super difficult to get the matcha to not be foamy. It looks like they made it right (for the taste) for you, but the technique has to basically be perfect for it be beautiful. Hope that makes sense! Loved the vlog!

L&D nurse here and our docs and midwives prefer 6 week PP appointments, i agree 4 weeks is too soon!

My doctor sees his patients after 4 weeks and not 6. He does a brief exam, and then discusses birth control. But I do feel 4 weeks is too soon. Sutton is so cute!

Came here to say that you look absolutely AMAZING 3 weeks pp. don’t get down on yourself for not bouncing back within the first few weeks. It look about 2 months to for me to be back to my pre baby weight, and now almost 8 months pp I’m 10 lbs lighter than i was pre pregnancy! But also have learned to appreciate my body after birthing my daughter. You’ll get there, trust me! You have a beautiful Sutton that you created in there 💗

I just had to comment lol. That’s crazy that your provider did that. I use Atrium Health and love the dr’s I go to. I had my 6 week pp checkup and was all good then got an iud placed within a week or two. I’m sorry they’re making you wait a whole month to see someone. Maybe another provider can see you sooner.

For the Elvie make sure your parts are completely 10000% dry and clicked in place. That helped my problems a lot!

I’m not sure when you got your first pump, but I was able to get 2 through my insurance because I got one in 2021 and one in 2022. I believe you can get one per year with most companies!

Do you find your green smoothie makes baby gassy? I stopped my green smoothies when I gave birth as I am also breastfeeding and was nervous it’d make my son have gas🙈

I hate how right away they expect you to go on BC I had a app for a woman’s exam and right away they asked me if I’m on BC & I’m like nope and she’s like are you guys trying for a baby if not you should be on it & I said no I’m not for BC they always give such attitude!

FYI I never breast-fed or pumped so I don’t know if this is for every breast pump or what, but I watch Colleen Ballinger, and she had twins recently. She thought she wasn’t producing enough milk but what happened was her breast pump wasn’t working “great” so I guess you have to replace internal parts on them for them to perform really good. So maybe other people who have breast-fed or pumped might have better information about that for you if you want to ask or look into it. I’m just saying this so maybe you don’t have to purchase a whole new breast pump because I’m sure that they can be pretty pricey. Your daughter is beautiful. I’m kind of new here and I love watching your vlogs. Murphy is such a good boy & he’s so handsome. I love watching him protect Sutton!! What a beautiful family ❤️🤍❤️🤍❤️🤍❤️🤍❤️🤍
