@@proyouservicesltd3652 You're correct. However, just a few months ago she discussed how at the start of the year, her staff was the largest it had ever been and then she decided to downsize. And now, she's hiring again. This company does have quite a turn-over, so losing a staff member that has been around through most of it, is a bit surprising.

When I saw that you hadn't uploaded in a while, I immediately thought 'she must be pregnant', wondering if that was weird of me to think so instantly. Congratulations to you and Chris on this new journey. My heart is overflowing with joy for both of you. A little over a year ago, you mentioned in a video that you were considering IVF, and I felt honored that you shared this with us. (I think it's a girl. Regardless, what a wonderful experience for a child to have a parent who is a role model in all things entrepreneurship and leadership) I look forward to more of your vlogs discussing business topics and seeing how you handle errands, both personal (documenting your journey, taking care of yourself, family time etc.) and professional. As a young businesswoman, I have no idea how pregnant women and moms balance their lives. You're told that it's hard, but never hear details or seeing it in action. I want to hear all the real details - gore and all.

Aww I was waiting for this, congratulations! Hmm the west and the work work work, definitely not for me. Life is about family, taking stock, we work to live not live to work. I totally appreciate those people who enjoy what they do that it’s not work. Heading in to my 40s, I’d rather be married with at least a child. Rather than have focused all my energy on a career and have none of those things now.
