Your vlogs have inspired me to not only get up earlier and be more productive, but be healthier throughout my day. I meal prepped salad for the week so I don’t fall into the trap of getting lazy when hungry and just getting takeout. I also got up at 7:30 this morning to workout which is so unlike me! I’m so glad I had this vlog to watch when I sat down for breakfast after my workout and shower.

I‘m having a tough day but your videos make it better🫶

Loving the video so far! Just wanted to give you a little piece of advice because I noticed your products for breakage and stuff. If you wet your hair before getting into a body of water, it limits the amount of chlorine or salt water that gets absorbed by your hair which is great if you're trying to avoid damage or if you have processed hair. Basically, our hair absorbs water and other chemicals much like a sponge and a lot of these can be damaging to our hair; so by wetting your hair beforehand, you ensure the limitation of those product's absorption. This is a great tip for prolonged contact with pool water or even salt water. Anyway, sorry if you already knew and honestly if you don't care, that's cool too! I don't even do it most of the time. Love you so much and I think your hair is beautiful always! lol
