Love the journey you are on. Always inspiring. As someone that works in Purchasing for an ecommerce company, my tip would be, If you haven't already enabled this in your business, I suggest you create a "notify me when back in stock" list to be able to know how much demand you have for your products. Then you can have an idea of how to scale your business from that number.

Are you doing plaster molds? (Or I’ve even seen people fabricate silicone ones). You can make molds with multiple pours.. so like one mold casting with say five slots to pour the sardine can lids.. and if you have five five slot castings, you can easily ramp up production a little bit..the glazing is the hard tedious part. For my senior thesis in college I made fortune cookie fortunes, and I cast them all.. bisque fired and then hand printed the saying and air sprayed the clear glaze on top, instead of hand painting.
