i definitely think avoiding afternoon caffeine helps! I have problems falling asleep too so I totally feel you!! What helps me most is having a nightly routine that helps you wind down. I like to drink bedtime tea, journal, and listen to podcasts!! The Olly sleep gummies also are great and don't make you feel groggy the next morning. I hope you find something that works!!
I also live in an apartment and the walls are super thin. Definitely recommend buying a white noise machine! They make little sleek, white ones that just fit on the corner of a night stand/desk. I'm asleep in 10 mins now versus an hour. :)
The Calm app has some sounds that can help you fall asleep. I love hearing a thunderstorm on low or rainstorm, it helps send me in to lala land :) Sleep tight! Don't let the bedbugs bite!
Keep the bones of the chicken and make your own chicken stock/bone broth. Use the remainder of your celery, onion, garlic and carrots. (ends and tops). I pop mine in the crock on low for 4 hours (stock) or 6-8 hours (bone broth). Keep in the fridge for 3 days or pop it into the freezer!
