Hello It’s not only corporate it’s like the for people who report to corporate offices. I’m relating to choosing to silence instead of violence. I’m always challenged by this coworker who is favored by management. This coworker in my opinion is sad and only hurt people hurt people. Knowing that as long as I follow policy and document issues I’m covered for the most part. So far she is being investigated as well as the management that’s fraternizing with her. I’m no longer bothered because I’m a threat to darkness in this workplace. I’m motivated by the light that shines on me. I choose not to entertain that kind of energy I’m glad that I’m in place in my life. Stay encouraged and it will always favor the light instead of the darkness. Continued blessings.
I had a group of coworkers go to another coworker and tell her I (me of all people was talking about her. She came to me respectfully and told me. She said, she knew they were lying because I don’t talk to anyone. Hell, I barely say good morning. 😂😂😂. I knew then the workplace can get quite weird.
Biscuit mama is 100% wrong. Most times in lease it says keep dogs leashed and clean up after your dog. And also, I LOVE my dog but that don't mean everybody else does. BOUNDARIES
Rochelle, the Corporate world it'll never change, ever! I dealt with a person "Who has a borderline personality". Very dangerous person with this type of disorder! I know this is because I have a friend who's a therapist. Rochelle girl, I could tell you some stories! All I can say is I stood strong. Spoke up when I needed to. But kept to myself and focused on my job. I don't have time for drama, b.s. and chick clicks not me. I made sure I CYA on everything. Which has allowed me to be very good at what I do! People in the Corporate world get personal. To where they start to hate on you, jealousy, and the need to just stir the pot! All I'm all the person ended up. Being escorted out when she called the Managers bluff. He bit and did what needed to be done 10 years prior. Everyone in the company world wide had a celebration 🎉🎈 FRFR!!
They definitely get to personal and unfortunately a lot of people incorporate America think that they own your life or that you owe them something because maybe in the past you might’ve shared a little bit of something with them. For whatever reason they think that you should share every aspect of your life. So glad that you CYA at all times

You’re absolutely right when you were talking about the “appearance privilege”segment. As someone who lost a lot of weight, I definitely resonate with that also being the ugly duckling and now coming into my own. I’m experiencing appearance privilege on that aspect as well. I have face dysmorphia. I have no idea what I look like and getting compliments is weird for me. And triple whammy, during a time where I was severely insecure, I used to bleach my skin and I would get, a lot of attention from black men. They would “holler at me” at a higher rate than which they do now. Even though I’m the same person, same body, same shape. I did eventually stop bleaching, but that was not an easy decision. These experiences has really opened my mind and had it not been for God I probably would be angry at the world our been at the mercy of its beauty standards. I’ve accepted the world for what it is as I’m continuing this journey of self love.

That silence situation happened with me. I chose silence and only interacted when necessary but I was looked at as being a problem. Eventually I had to resign because I had too much to loose and running up against individuals who had nothing really to loose. They were all jealous, miserable, overweight individuals who had an issue with me because I chose to take care of myself and look nice..Smdh
@@rochelleshaunelle6294 thank you, this actually happened recently and I ended up resigning immediately because one of the individuals was coming in the office as I was going out and shoulder bumped me. I looked but said nothing and had to really restrain myself. The following day the same individual wrote an email to their director saying I bumped her on purpose. This lead to my director contacting me to get my side but said it’s always something there. She did nothing to help and gave me no support. She already know what the environment was there and warned me before I took the position only to later insinuate later that I was an issue. I never reached out to her unless things got unbearable to which I would put in an email informing her of different events. I never got a response most times but if she chose to it would say “received “. Right before I left I also caught one of the individuals shredding my work to make it seem as if I didn’t do it. The next week came the shoulder bump. It was a group of women against one person! And the sad thing was …I did absolutely nothing to constitute this type of behavior against me. I’m in the field of healthcare and it got to a point where they even they even had the provider going up against me as well who contacted my director to verbally tell her I dress inappropriately which is a lie because I’m in uniform like everyone else except I have a shape so the uniform fit differently. I’m a mental health therapist and found myself using my interventions by the minute daily. I’m glad I’m gone but I wish I could’ve held out longer to be better footed financially. Either way I know GOD has my back.
Girrrrrl i agree with you when it comes to amazon. I was talking about this in my vlog. They always say my package has been delivered but i didnt receive it. I would chat with customer service and they would send me a replacement and then the original package would show up. Chile, i would politely take the original package back to amazon to get a refund and just keep the other package. I know it aint right but they need to get their ishh togethA!!

I have THREE fur babies that are absolutely my children. Bentley is my Pekingese. Bailey is my Toy Poodle. Sasha is my Yorkie. My babies have a stroller and leashes. I have a double stroller, with my boys on one side and my girl on the other. When my babies are on their leash, my two boys are attached to a double leash and my girl is on a single leash. My babies are NEVER outside our house or fenced in backyard without being in their stroller or on their leash. I use a stroller or leash for three reasons: (1) I want to keep them safe, (2) I want to obey our leash laws, (3) I realize not everyone likes dogs, so I don’t want them jumping on people.
Last year I bought the same shoe rack….a mess. 🤦🏽♀️ Having my dog on a leash helps to keep her safe. Every once in a while if I’m taking out the trash I will carry my dog and set her in the grass for a quick relief. Then, pick her up and carry her inside. Biscuit’s mommy believes rules don’t apply to her.

Hi Rochelle! My gynecologist offered a suggestion to me because I dealt with MUCH pain of menstrual cramps. Try taking ibuprofen a few days before your cycle and that helps to lesson if not eliminate pain during “that time”. It helped me sooo much😅I also took B12 vitamins to help with the lack of energy I had. I hope you feel better🙏🏾

I know exactly what you mean. Their are some people who are really bothered when you stay to yourself and just be cordial with the They hate it when you're unbothered. It's very draining and I like to be to myself or maybe talk to one person. I'm a target 🎯 because I don't engage in groups.
I always keep my dog on the leash in public for his safety and others.... unless we're training, but we're away from others while training on his recall.

Chile.... Biscuit & his mama gonna be homeless. The City of Houston's pet policy is your animal (dog, cat, alligator, whatever) must be on a leash when in public. That protects the animal & protects the people encountering the animal. People kill me saying "Bo-Beau don't bite" & Bo-Beau is a whole Doberman Pinscher with big ole teeth! My daddy used to say "Anything with teeth with teeth will bite, including you!"

Funny thing I was in a situation where my manager wrote me up and ment to send it to HR but I was ccd on the ticket and in the write up she said i was making the office weird because I wasn’t talking to her. lol I only spoke about work related things but she was trying to get personal and I wasn’t engaging because I knew she didn’t like me
Girl it’s sad . You have no obligation to have any communication with people at work professional conversations, and things doing specifically with work related issues. I hate the fact that some people think that they own your life truly sad and times need to change.

Almost the same happened to me a few years ago. I worked for a company for 7 years ago and they were super messy so i stayed quiet. I got a new manager. A black women who was just as messy and she would call me in the office you are quiet. You need to participate. Why???? Anyways that manager didnt like me not kissing her ass so she nick picked me ams tried to get rid of me. I left before that happens

Amazon has been delivering my packages to the wrong address for the last four months and I don’t even know if I got a refund or not because they told me it would take up to 6 to 8 weeks to get a refund and I order so much stuff. I don’t even know if they gave me a refund so now I just go to the UPS store and pick up my packages.😳😒🥺🎶💋
Have you seen the information about a makeup artist (never knew about) Fannita. She lost a significant amount of weight and people are calling her a mean girl. How when she weighed more she had to be the funny one and now she lost weight people are nicer and she does not appear to understand it.
