vlog: slow days, starting a book club & summer favourites 

Completely agree on the self-development podcast! I haven't found one that is the right balance of rest/mindfulness and goals, without being too "hustle-y".

I have always been a silent viewer online but I had to comment and say I’m soooo glad I stumbled across this video! This is the epitome of my favorite style of video and I’ve been struggling to find them lately. I especially love videos in the UK because as a southerner in the US, I am fascinated by all things British and dream of visiting someday. i love finding english vlogs! so refreshing (fellow english gal over here)! also so pro slow living after so much burn out in my 20s and currently trying to figure out self employed life. podcast wise i’d recommend ‘expanded podcast by to be magnetic’ it’s like a manifestation podcast but goes deeper into neurology and the subconscious which is so interesting! definitely relate to living somewhere i’m not from and being in my 30s trying to make friends and find community, it’s not easy 🙈. last thing… started using fussy deodorant last week after over a decade of natural deodorants and it’s already by far my favourite! they nailed it using a probiotic i reckon! thanks for a gorgeous gentle watch! sending lots of love ❤
