Guys, I had night terrors my entire life (from childhood) until 2 years ago. I did EMDR therapy. I do not get them anymore. GameChanger. The effects of these last into the next few days. It’s not fun for the person having them. Make sure if you do this that you go with a reputable therapist. Much love

I get night terrors too. There are times where it’s every night. That’s normally when I’m stressed or anxious. But few times a week I wake up thinking I see something but go right back to bed. I haven’t found anything to stop. My mom has same thing. Urs sound super intense I’m sure that’s frustrating. Hope you find things to help!!

Last February, I went to Lake Tahoe, Nevada and had the time of my life. A snow storm hit the day after I got there! It was so Beautiful!

Love getting ready together! Omg my fam and I also experienced nightmares about bears attacking us on our recent trip to yosemite. Weird lol 🤣🏔️ The hills have eyes i guess haha ❄️

Love your trips with the Havens and SO sorry about the night terrors!!!! Maybe try EMDR and I'm a certified life coach and I know a really cool way to do dream analysis. I'd be happy to do it for free, but if not by me, maybe see someone. It may feel challenging to 'face' but if he goes slowly and with care, I'm SURE he can find peace with sleeping, just keep trying things until he finds what helps 💖

Has he had a sleep study done? not sure if its trauma related.. nightmares are a symptom, but he should look into EMDR if so.

Delaney, mountain people don’t worry about style ha. You learn to layer your clothes to stay warm and jeans, sweatshirts, turtlenecks, warm boots, it’s not about the style it’s about the skiing and winter sports. You are definitely a girly girl from CA 😂. I lived in Crested Butte, CO for 5 1/2 years. Life is all about the people outdoor spots. 😁

All of the things you were saying and then you added in the drinking please go to his dr and ask for a libre 3 continuous glucose monitor and see if his blood sugar is falling at night clayton might have hypoglycemia

I hope Clayton gets help for his night terrors. Plz don’t put this off lightly. Definitely don’t just assume and try to figure it out on ur own. It’s very serious. Speak to ur doctor. Might refer to a sleep therapist. Hope u listen to all the caring loving concern advice. 🙏🏾

you guys! Have you heard of Past Life Regression Therapy? I know Clayton has dealt with these night terrors for a good while now and I wonder if there is a deeper root to them. I highly recommend looking into past life regression! It could be something he quite literally carried over from a past life that is unresolved. Doing a regression therapy could address the issue.
