I used to take adhd medicine but it literally made me feel like a zombie suck life out of me I got off it & just meditating more & take walks less caffeine & went easier on myself overthinking played a part I just did what I wanted & felt best for me easier said than done but still

As an Adult Female with ADHD that just recently got diagnosed, we def don’t take care of ourselves enough. I’m proud of you for putting yourself first while trying to figure out all the extra stuff. You have a good head on your shoulders Lexi, keep it going! I am rooting for you! ❤🎉
I also was diagnosed ADHD when I was born and honey I'm still struggling I still have plans going to school I have problems trying to keep up but all I do is try my best and people now are bullies to children and adults having autism or ADHD it's sad that people dont take disability seriously I do
@@jasminereed6613 i have adhd too, i was diagnosed when i was born also, it is super hard sometimes and other days i am jus motivated to complete my school work, i always procrastinate with everything and get it done late, i have meds for adhd buh i dont take it because when i do i dont feel like myself

Thank you for bringing attention to ADHD. I recognized the signs in your earlier vidz because my son displays the same tendencies and we are trying to find a balance for him to continue successfully into adulthood.
@yaunnah💕 Hello Yaynnah, attention deficit disorder = if you display impulsive behaviors, find it difficult to concentrate, have a short attention span, or lose focus easily while performing a task then it might be a good idea to get professionally diagnosed. Hyperactivity = if you are always in constant motion and find it difficult to settle down. Also if you have a nervous "tick" and have to fidget with something or constant leg tapping.
we must be on the same medication because once i take it i can’t eat or do hardly anything 😭 it makes me so tired and then i don’t have an appetite so i can’t fuel my body so now my mind and body are tired like i almost hate taking it 😭
