With the butternut, nothing is missing. You boiled the butternut that's probably maybe why it tastes like something is missing i don't know if that's how you prefer your butternut tho but next time cook the butternut with butter on low, never add water 1 and 2 slightly keep the lid open so the steam can escape basically no water should be in the butternut i promise it'll cook so well!!😊😊

Maybe she should try adding more butter but how much butter are you supposed to use?

@samkelo27 Not too much to my knowledge. Just eyeball it, nje. I think most of us were taught how to cook in that way: by eyeballing adequate ingredient quantities without necessarily measuring. And it always sort of works out.
