Girl! I've been thinking about doing RF microneedling for my Post-Partum stretch marks but it is so difficult finding good info for deeper skin!! Style and Beauty Dr. is the only other dark skinned youtuber I've seen do in depth videos on this, but she fot it done on her face. I love that you are showing other treatment that are out there. I also do not want any procedural outcomes that I may regret.
Thank you for sharing this. I have body dismorphia, and although I've lost a lot of weight, I still mentally struggle with thinking I've gained it all back after one meal, and it's...a challenge. The stress has made my weight loss hit a plateau since I've been stressed, and that's made my dismorphia worse. Your vulnerability has made me remember to be kind to myself, and seeing a public person open up has made me feel less alone in my struggle. Thanks again!!! I absolutely love you! I too wanted to get stretch mark removal, but through my research it was always non-black women with barely there stretch marks or it was lighter skinned black women. So I was thinking that it wasn’t safe on darker skin tones, thank you truly. I’m a little more confident I going through with it now.

Come over to the dark side with using a brush with a concealer. I love that method more than sponge because it looks more flawless and does soak as much product. ❤❤❤

Definitely, definitely would like an update on this journey please. I am dark (i'm a 10 in Danessa's balm 😅) but have light areas, specifically white freckles and i can't do a lot of treatments because they are either laser or ipl which for some reason doesn't woek beyond the Beyonce shade of dark. So if you've found a treatment that i can search for here in the uk (or recommend your lady with all her deets 🤫) that would be much appreciated

I recently did my cousins Quinceañeras makeup and her whole court. She’s mixed and has a beautiful deep complexion and I only felt confident because of you I wanted her to feel her most confident and she did!!! You are seriously too gorgeous to look at. And I mean this in the best way, it’s unbelievable. With and without makeup. And although you may not see results as of yet, I actually can see improvement with the stretch marks. I have them on my arms in the same place as you.
I’m not finished watching, but I’m so interested in your results! I which I could get rid of the loose skin and stretch marks on my arms, the most. Well, the stomach area too. I’d be happy with just the arms. Your thighs look great! I’d be interested in seeing your journey! Regarding dating, I recommend the podcast, Jillian On Love. I find her very empowering, and encouraging. She promotes that you don’t have to be your perfect self to start dating. It’s a process, and you need to practice. She’s very good! Oh, the younger you are, the shrinkage is more snappy. But, that depends on the person. Up until my 40’s, I snapped. I’m 57 now, and there’s no snapping. I’m healthy, and that’s the most important thing. Least important, something I was told by men I’ve dated, and male friends, it’s that when they’re into us, they’re into all of us. If a man is super critical of your body, he’s not worth any woman’s time. You’re stunning, no matter what, but it does feel good to tweak our perfection a bit.

It seems like you can already see results, I feel like it should work because our skin tends to heal darker, so I'm wondering if it will darken the stretch marks, thus making them blend, like a natural tattoo

I've had this procedure done by a lovely lady in LA 🤫 . Not saying the name because the business name was not mentioned in this video. I don't if the business owner requested that 🤷♀️ It improved mine greatly but still visible. I had mine done years ago when she wasn't well known lol but now her prices have gone up and I believe you will need multiple sessions for each Area for it to look barely there. Don't worry you guys will her business soon enough. She's blowing up compared to year's ago.
I have hated my stretchmarks for forever. I look like I've had 10 kids even though I've had none. I gained alot of weight the year I turned 9, had a growth spurt, and then didn't stop gaining weight until I was 14 and 200 lbs. My skin suffered greatly. I'm 37 now and even with all the tech that exists now, I still don't think there is a treatment to revert mine, because they don't have us in mind when they create. I'll be watching intensely got an update though lol
