I worked in therapy for years and I think that anxiety comes from a changing world and maybe you have had experiences where the trust was breached!!! You may be overly cautious!! In this case maybe go out with others that you feel comfortable with!!! Stand true to your principles and do not settle!!! Everyone is different!! If a person matches what you need in your life, time will tell!!!!

Do you have internal dialogue? I always go how can someone not talk, I talk to myself out loud to organize my thoughts sometimes. Then I also heard that there are some people who have no internal dialogue or "imagination" such as drawing. They draw as they go with no vision first.
