Think of it this way, most parents don’t get to be home with their babies, they go to childcare/daycare while mom is at a 9-5! Your daughter is seeing you more than most! ❤

Yep, i work full time and see my daughter 30 minutes in the morning before she goes to daycare. Then I see her for 2-3 hours when she is home from daycare before she has to go to bed. I’d love to go down to 4 days a week but cannot afford it.

I’m so sad :( my baby starts day care on two weeks and i will barely see her … by the time i pick her up from daycare .. i get 2 hours and then it’s bedtime :( ugh.

Can I just say, I feel like I do 20% as much as you can get done and I’m a full time SAHM . My productivity comes in waves and there’s definitely times the whole house is a mess and I can’t leave the house for days on end. Moms are super heroes! You’re doing amazing

Bianca, you're truly such an amazing mom! I have a masters degree in social work, focusing on children, youth and families, and everything I learned in school and from having my own kids (I have 2 under 2), to help create a strong emotional bond and secure attachement with your kids, they only need 15 minutes of undivided attention from you every day. To Sutton, you are literally her whole world even when you're busy and working. It is so so so hard being a working mom but I promise you that you are not doing as bad as your brain is telling you. You are enugh

I totally resonate w you on wanting to spend time w your child over work! It’s like yes you get to be home w her than most (and I’m only acknowledging this bc I saw comments about it) but it still doesn’t take away the fact of your feelings! Just dropping in to say that I hear you and feel you 100% on this and you’re a good mom! ❤

Feeling the menty b, I went back to work off maternity leave last month and that means that I no longer get to put my baby girl to sleep! I don’t get to say good night and wish her sweet dreams.. but we have to work. I just try and make up for the evenings by doing more activities during the day. It’s so hard emotionally being a mum. You’re doing an amazing job. Sutton is such a happy little girl! 🥰 and the clip of her watching the leaves fall is such a core memory moment xx

You’re not alone! I’m a sahm & I question myself every single day if my 19 month old did enough/had fun if I paid enough attention, etc & I cry frequently &/or have meltdowns as well lol. We all do! Tbh that means you’re a great mom in itself the fact that you do worry. You got this mama!🤗🥰

Mom guilt is so real! And your feelings are so valid! I work a 9-5 as well as run a small business. I remind myself on a daily basis all I do is for him. He doesn’t notice that I’m away. He just loves when I’m around. I soak in our moments and do cry when I’m overwhelmed and feeling guilty. But I always circle back to why I do so much so that way I can provide the most best and comfort life possible for him. You’re doing great mama! Take time when you need it. We will still be here. If it’s for a 20 min video, a 45 min video or a live video. We’re here to support you and each other. 👑

You’re doing your very best and I can tell you enjoy Sutton!! She will remember you being there for her I’m sure when she is old enough. I know it’s tough some days, but don’t give up and take it one day at a time. It’s really difficult to be present also with the technology/ social media the way it is today.. You’re a good mom! The breakdown was so relatable. Instead of comparing my life and others to yours as moms, I think it’s just fair enough to say that it is so tough on all of us moms - we either have to work/choose to, or stay home. Some do part time work, but even then, it always feels like a cycle of choosing work or our children and feeling a constant struggle to balance both. And even if we want to stay home with our babies, this economy makes that so so difficult. It’s a constant struggle, but we’re all in it together… even though it may feel like we’re alone. You’re a great mom 💗🫶🏻

Ugh...drives me crazy when people say things and judge when we literally see such small amounts of your days/weeks...you guys are doing great! It's understandable getting stressed out about trying to create the content you need because there are so many outside factors that need to be right in order to produce what you need, (i.e. weather, time of day, quiet house, etc). Keep doing what you're doing! 🤗💜

Every family is different and even though we only see a glimpse of your life in vlogs, we know how much time you really spend with her and all you do for her. You do what you have to do to give her the best life and when she's older and can communicate she will be so grateful that you two spend as much time together as you do!(:

Girl!!!! Childcare is there for a reason use it!!!! It’s been more than once that you break down which is 100% normal we’re not meant to be to be this stressed out everyday. Childcare will change your life and one way or the other your child will Need to go to school one day she needs to learn to interact with other kids, isolating her at home all the time I don’t feel is the right way to go for her and you. Anyways it’s your life so it’s up to you but just speaking if experience

The 💩 in the tub is so relatable 😩 I swear, my daughter knows when I’m alone and saves all her crazy stuff for me 😂😂 don’t feel bad about screen time either, why not use it to get stuff done. People are so weird to comment about that.

Please know you are doing the best job you can. I feel like the emotional struggles hit harder around the holiday time. At least for me it is right now. We are both in this together. For me it’s job security because all signs are pointing to budget cuts with my employer. I have a regular job so it’s a bit different than you and I feel like I have no control over what may happen this upcoming week. I’m part of a temp group (20 people) all in my same position so unfortunately temps will be first to go if they have to start cutting staffing. I was originally supposed to have a 6 month contract or so I was told(no end date was given to me when I signed the contract) but we are barely at the 3 month mark.

You're a good mom and the two of you make a good team parenting Sutton. Think of all the mom's that have to work full time outside the home and have to pay for full time daycare and hardly see their kid. Remember how fortunate you are being home a lot and having mom there too.
