No doctors aren't recommending tanning beds for anything 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️ My mother has had many skin cancers removed...between laying out in the 60s and the tanning bed in the 90's... her skin was ruined.

Idk if it’s just me noticing, but I feel like your foundation is too yellow for your skin tone. Maybe it’s a better color for when you’re tan? And no hate at all, just something I noticed. Might be better to try a foundation with less or no yellow tint to it. 😊💖

Noooo. I had pre skin cancer at 28 from 10 min every week in the tanning bed. And no no they don’t recommend the tanning bed honey. Red light therapy.

I know your on a hair growth journey, what really helped me with my hair growth was getting the keratin treatment. It is so good for your hair and takes all the frizz and it stays straight so you don’t have to put hardly any heat on it. You can curl it but it won’t be really curly. Definitely worth trying it out i get mine done every 6 ish months. Also i have really thin hair too! So that’s another thing that helped it get way thicker. Love your videos girl ❤

Hair growth is a game changer once I added 10k biotin...I take 2 a day so actually 20k. Plus I take 2 different collagen a day. My hair has grown in about 8 month about 3.5 inches.

Please do not use tanning beds! I had melanoma and I am telling you it’s not worth it! Embrace your natural skin color. I used to get so insecure especially in the summer because I am naturally pretty fair skinned. But after having melanoma I didn’t care about that anymore. I learned to love my fair skin. You can always use a self tanner and they have ones with more natural ingredients too. But honestly tanning beds are so bad for you and not to mention they cause premature aging. You’re so beautiful the way you are. 💕
