If it helps, whatever you do, don't be hard on yourself whenever you recycle these pattens. You will learn more and more about them each time and increasingly connect more intimately with yourself. There is a difference between reexperiencing patterns unconsciously and victimizing yourself against external forces and experiencing these patterns with awareness. It's that awareness that alchemizes the patterns, transforming them as they emerge but they will always be a little bit different and less magnetic as you keep meeting them with awareness. The idea is to master them as you are mastering the self and that takes practice. Keep going...you are doing amazing!
