Hi Dr. Dray! I love garbanzo beans too, and would buy the dried ones at Target. Today I made my own (450 degrees for 40 min.) and they turned out pretty good! Another easy recipe I tried is frozen yogurt bits ( put little blobs on a cookie sheet and freeze- then keep in a baggie in the freezer)- yummy on a hot day! I loved seeing your mom's collage of pictures of you both the day before! :)

Yes!! Dr. Dray, you crack me up. Ok, I'll lay it out for you...when you have kids...Your normal life...as you know it...is GONE. NO free time. Ever. With kids, ALL YOU DO IS LAUNDRY. I have twins who are four. So it's dishes and laundry. All day, every day. Dishes and laundry. Dishes and laundry. And that's not all. I won't disclose too much doom and gloom, otherwise, once warned, I'm sure no one would ever have kids, bah hahaha. Enjoy your kid free existence while you can good Doctor!! 😜 (That being said, You must have at least one. Your relationship with your mom is like mine...we are literally best friends and do everything together. I actually enjoy her more than most women my age. If you have a daughter, I'm sure you'll be a great mama and carry on that tradition!) Off topic, I also must say your channel inspires me to make more videos on my own , other channel. Great vlog!! I do the same thing with my scrubs, I don't even iron them..lol! I just toss them in the dryer prior to wearing!! I had a sample of the cotz sunscreen and loved it, will definitely pick some up for the summer!! Have a great week!! :)

Nice video! I double cleans as well but use a simple grape-seed oil. It works great in removing makeup & mineral sunscreen. I then just wash my face with a mild cleanser.

The cotz tinted sunscreen is my all time favorite for my face!!! Ever since I started using it I have not switched/tried a new one. I have combo skin, dry cheeks but oily T zone.

My God, you are so neat. I open up the cabinet where all my Tupperware type containers are and it’s like dodging an avalanche. You would probably have a nervous breakdown if you had to spend a minute in my house. Dr I love u you're such an inspiration in my life as of late, OK so I'm a neutrogena Fanatic yes ma'am, I'm currently loving the Neutrogena Ultra gentle Hydrating cleanser, Neutrogena Hydro Boost Water gel hyaluronic acid.. And finally I always despised sunscreens because of the smell but I got the Neutrogena Healthy skin face lotion with spf15 and the smell is really good no spf smell to me at least :) sorry for the rambling hugs you look amazing using the Korean skin stuffs.. Hi Andrea, I hope you're over the worse part of the storm. I highly recommend Burt's Bees cleansing oil. I really like it though it does make your eyesight a little blurry for a bit after cleansing your mascara. Does the Hada Laba do that? I don't really like to wash my face and then think I've gone blind lololol.

HI Dr. Dray. What are your thoughts on methylparaben or parabens in general in skin care. Some people think they are carcinogenic. I'm happily surprised that you don't use or recommend the high priced skin care items found in dermatology clinics. So I'm guessing there is no difference in "medical grade" skin care and OTC. Question: do you have recommendations for issues with large pores on face - wasn't sure if you covered this yet in a video or not?

I will order elta sunscreen tomorrow but I have oily skin and not sure which number to buy like which one it has many factors like 45 47 41. Normally I use la Roche posay dry touch 60 non tinted which I hope it's enough protection for me and I reapply every two hours if I am all day out 🙂

Hi Dr. Dray, do you know a good self-tanner for acne-prone skin on the face? I already tried the Ecotan face water that claimed to be for acne-prone skin but it was not, I was thinking about the Coola sunless tan anti-aging face but I'm not sure about the ingredients. Please help me out, I never sit in the sun but sometimes I like to not look like a zombie all the time😑

My top of nose tend to be always red and almost patchy with larger pores what could be causes that? What do recommend? I was using epiquduo for a long time so my ancestors was under control but thinking of just switching to different because I think the bp may be to irritating, any thoughts? I like the Cotz, but unfortunately I got the Natural Tint instead of the Lightly Tinted, and it's too dark. It was all they had at Ulta, and I didn't realize it. I also got the 1.5 oz face sunscreen, which is not as good a deal as the 3 oz EltaMD. I would purchase the 2.5 oz Cotz if it's cheaper than the EltaMD. Otherwise, I'll stick with the EltaMD. Had the veggie bowl at Chipotle, but it didn't look as good as your Fajitas to Go. Great job on the kitchen organization! "You have a liver, relax." LOL! Thanks for the unbiased skincare reviews! I wanted to comment on another video a few days ago but forgot and I don't remember which one it is ^^" .. but anyway, it's about parabens (I know you've already had many comments about them, sorry if it sounds redundant)... In the video you said some products were paraben-free because some people can be allergic to parabens if I understood well. But I also heard that parabens could be endocrine disruptors (at uni and in the media), it's starting to be a serious topic here in France, so I was curious about the situation in the US and other countries, like, aren't people concerned about that type of chemicals? Unfortunately I can't use chemical sun screens. Don't know why I thought CeraVe would be different. It is moisturising, spreads nicely and sinks into skin quick without white cast. My face was red like a lobster! I can use it only on my neck and hands. I have sun allergy and must continue using pricey ones for the face.

I have really been interested in the COTZ tinted sunscreen but I have read reviews that claim this product caused breakouts. Has anyone had that problem with the Cotz sunscreen?
