Walking barefoot on hard floors is insane. I’m a nurse and my feet never hurt at work the way they do when I walk barefoot at home all day. Compression stockings really help me too. Probably more than any shoes.

I walk bearfoot when ever is that possible and there is no better feeling. But you have to know how sensitive your foot are and where you can walk bearfoot. Maybe just on the grass and soil and in the house.

OMG Annie thank you for the tip with wearing house slippers. I do walk barefoot or wear just socks. I do take care of my feet, use urea creams etc, but still my heels do not look the best :( But it can definitelly be the fact that I walk a lot without any cushioning. I need slipprs any time soon.

Hi Annie. I love your channel and have been watching for about 4 years now. Thanks for everything you give to us. You seem like a very genuine person, kind and so sweet!! And very smart I might add 😊. I was wondering if you need to wear protective glasses with the hair remover device. I have had laser hair removal treatments as well in all the same areas and I remember I had to wear the glasses while having the treatment. I have had great results so far. It's been about 10 years. Hi love! I unfortunately don’t have a code for the tallow. Yes I’ve seen a lot of people use it for the face and swear by it, but I personally just use it on my body as I love to use our more lightweight N3 moisturizer on my face. Would highly recommend it though for body!! ❤
