I always get the eye twitch when I have stress! Sometimes I don’t even feel stressed but I’ll focus a whole week on destressing and that always makes it go away!
An eye twitch can be a sign of stress or the need to rest. I experienced this before when I was on a big work project with a few weeks of lots of late nights and early mornings. After a couple of good night sleeps it stopped.
I've an eye twitch as well was literally rubbing it as you said it 😂 it can be caused by eye strain computers and phones etc. Too much coffee so dehydration or tiredness

The eye twitch can be a combination of stress but also not being hydrated on a cellular level! Make sure you’re drinking natural spring water and NOT purified. Or add mineral drops to your water or try a Celtic sole solution and add it to your water in the morning. If your mom is a naturopath she might know about this!

I put organic castor oil on my lashes every night and I cannot believe the difference it has made! a cheaper & cleaner alternative to the lash serum and literally looks like I'm wearing mascara when I'm not!
My eye would twitch (for DAYS) when I was stressed or had lack of sleep or both combined lol! Since I moved to the country 6 months ago my stress level has decreased significantly and it’s only twitched a couple of times for a quick moment. Now to just work on better sleep ;)
Try using Xlash for your eyelashes. Half the price of Revitalash. My eyelashes were so sparse. Within 3 weeks the thickness started and by week 6 my eyelashes were fabulous!
For eye twitches you need magnesium! You can take tablets but the best for muscle cramps or twitches is magnesium spray oil! Be careful near your eyes it is salt, so i spray a tiny bit onto my finger tips and tap it on on the surrounding eye areas. You can mix it with a oil or moisturizer too. For me i could have a week long twitch, i do this once and its gone!
I used Babe Lash and my eye started twitching all the time. Once i stopped using it, the twitching stopped. Could have just been my experience but I have heard others complain of the same symptoms. Love you!! :)
Longer lashes - XLash is so good! You'll start to see the full results after two months of use every night. Seriously, never tried revitalash but XLash is amazing and bought it after seeing it raved about in a big skincare group I'm in. When I bought it is was like £43 or something but it lasted abut 3 months.

Haven’t tried the Revitalash but the Maybelline lash serum is AMAZING! been using it for a few weeks and loads of people have asked if my lashes are natural because it’s made such a difference! Much cheaper too!💗
Jamie my eyes always start twitching when im really tired. Not the usual sleepy tired but when you are mentally strained - I always think its my body trying to tell me to take a wee break
My eye starts twitching when I need to drink more water! I start getting a twitch in my eye and sometimes in my lip. But you’re so healthy, I doubt that’s the cause

Condervative managent first. Try an eye ubricant in the eye that is twitching . Maybe the eye needs a washout from all the eyemakeup and eyelashes. It help me for sure. I just put in systane eye drops or refresh liqui gel at night in my eyes and it works

I tried many lash enhancing serums and the BEST product that made my lashes long and thick is a dab of vaseline between my fingers from the roots to tips. Never wore false lashes, and do often get people asking " are they your own!". Lol....it does work fr. Xx plus a tub lasts years!

Buy an eye lubricant for the eye twitch eg refresh or systane . Your eye glands around the eye need an eye wash out and a break from eyeliner especially
I twitch when my sleep is off. For any reason, not enough, too much, weird patterns. I know you’ve been reading before bed and not going to sleep till late. Maybe leave the Kindle downstairs a little earlier and try to get to sleep earlier? That may not be the reason, but that’s usually what’s wrong with me when I get a twitch.
