I would love to know more about your supplements & greens routine! I have been struggling with bloating and my digestion and have been wanting to incorporate some but literally don’t even know where to begin or if they even work lol

My top recommendations are the 1up nutrition greens & reds + ARMARA Colostrum. Those 2 mixed together first thing in the morning is an amazing combo. Then having a multivitamin is also a great place to start. I like ritual the best. They also have a symbiotic that is great. Lastly, I love the seed symbiotic!!

I live in southern Utah. LOVE IT. It’s super warm summers but we get rain, and fall is gorgeous here but winter we hardly get snow just super cold but I’m okay with that haha
