I am glad you are feeling better and seem to be in your finest form. Remember to stop.... and take a few moments to remember and imprint these good and healthy spaces and times in your memory. The more you do that the more your brain and emotional understanding has to hang onto. Going forward then can be easier and less feeling your are in a crisis. [been there done that, didn't buy a t-shirt.... left as soon as I realized the person in crisis was not my true self. The light switch went on and I grabbed ahold of every memory and reminded myself who I truly was. It took consistency and time, Just know that you are closer to where you want to be,,,, then to were you were on your worst day.]
Car stuff is stressful! Last year when my husband was on a work thing my transmission went and it was freezing, getting dark and dinner time and AAA said it would be a while and my daughter started crying and freaking out and trying to stay calm for her was tough! So I get it. Lots of emotion! ❤
Thank you sooo much for letting me know the house doesn’t need to be perfect before Christmas. 😅 I just needed to hear that. You know you don’t have to, but I can feel a bit guilty (sort of) about it. 😮
I just LOVE your gingerbread pillows! Lovely to hear that you're sounding better too and I'm so glad you survived the car issue -- I also can't stand waiting for someone to arrive without knowing exactly when they will show up, it sets off my anxiety as well and I feel like I can't relax until they arrive and take care of what needs fixing. The Midland Cardigan will look soooo pretty in a ballet pink! I know you bought some baby pink suri for a sweater for Penny -- how cute will you two look in matching coloured knitwear 😍💕
