My favorite Christmas movie is "The Miracle Worker", funny thing is that it's not about Christmas but when I was growing up it used to play Christmas day night every year and it would be the last thig we did on Christmas. I own it now and still watch it every year at Christmas. A Christmas show I watched every year on Christmas eve afternoon was the "How the Flintstones Saved Christmas." Something about that I just loved.

What you are describing also sounds like what happens when you grind your teeth at night. Happened to me and I got a night guard and it was a game changer! TMJD is something that can be common with that too, the doctor I saw said.

Possibly your current tray wasn’t made correctly or it’s doing major moving. Fave Christmas movie? LOVE The Holiday and Love Actually. Then have to also see Christmas Vacation and ELF, and tradition from growing up to see all the shows like Rudolph, Frosty, Year Without Santa Claus, and Charlie Brown Christmas. And yes Bryant Park was crazy when I was there on the 4th!

I had braces fitted in later life and didn’t realize how painful it was after my orthodontist changed the wires…I used to take OTC painkillers before I went for my appointments…gargling with salt water may help also🥰
