Hi guys! This was filmed a couple weeks ago. I hope you understand I wanted to go about this in the most professional and respectable way possible. I am super passionate about this job and am extrmely blessed to have even had a chance at it. I wanted to focus on 100% even if that meant keeping it offline for a little while. I want to respect my new job and will respect it all while taking you all along for what I can. Bare with me as I navigate this new journey. Hiiiiii. The tea kettle is doing that because it’s a gas stove, if you put it on an electric top especially the ones that are flat it wouldn’t do that. But gas stoves are easier to control and I feel are better for cooking so it’s a good trade off 😉 I think they make kettles that have a bottom that’s more prepared for gas stoves and it’s usually like stainless steel or something on the bottom but yeah… That’s why! Love you girlie, I just finished my dietetic internship and I’m taking my exam to be a Registered Dietitian soon so I love seeing the nursing side and the differences!

The yogi soothing caramel bedtime tea is my FAVORITE I also love celestial sugar cookie tea it’s seasonal for Christmas! For daytime yogi’s blueberry slim life and celestials white chocolate peppermint with honey or date syrup from Trader Joe’s! If you put a plate or something over the mug while the tea bag is seeping it also brings out the flavor! P.S. I also like my tea sweet!

Maybe if the tea pot is made from ceramic it isn't meant to go directly on the stove... Some tea pots are only meant to hold and steep hot tea. You could try boiling water in a separate pot/ kettle and then pour the water into the tea pot to steep it and pour from.

Peppermint tea will ALWAYS be my favorite! Also, I like adding creamer to my tea - helps make it a little creamier and sweeter!

I am changing career paths (online health coaching currently!) and going back to school to be a nurse and getting my ADN! i've been a coach for 3+ years fully online and while I love it, i want to be passionate about something. i love structure/routine, similar to you and have loved following your NYC peds journey to where its come now. i'm excited to be able to coach purely for fun, and to step into nursing in a few years. I know you've mentioned nursing school isn't close to the real deal, so i'll keep that in mind. i literally think we would be besties if you lived in michigan haha. so proud of you! thanks girl!

The celestial brand tea has a bunch of yummy flavors! My favorite is the peach and almost all of them are caffeine free!

I have that same chi tea. I wanted to make mine from home instead of buying it from Dunkin and Starbucks! I have made it like this. water in a coffee cup, (sorry i didn't measure) I used two tea bags to make it really dark. I left space for cream and milk. So i did half milk and I frothed sweetened oat-milk. I topped with whipped cream and a blend of cinnamon/sugar. It might sound like a lot of steps but it was delicious. I've tried both an ice and hot version and the hot comes out better every time. Also a classic tea, black tea, with milk and spoonful of sugar is a good way to start the day. Green ice tea with no sweetener is a vibe. The tea life is better!

Lemon lift tea with sugar is sooo good I drink it all the time. I do think it has caffeine in it though because it’s a black tea

Add more honey to your teas for sweetness and then I recommend camomile vanilla tea for sleep time and or a breakfast blend tea are super good and on the sweeter side!!

a good tip during interviews always have something negative to say about yourself, even if you don't say it just have that answer in your back pocket. I had a manager asked me that one time and I just thought it was such a good question.
