Vlogmas Day 13 | Shelter Stop + Spicy Coconut Curry Chicken Noodle Soup 

You vlogmas has been very motivating! I use to walk so much and got lazy cause of depression. But since watching your videos I’ve gotten over 10,000 steps a couple days 20,000! I’m hoping to continue it in the new year!

Shelter visit was a great idea for vlogmas, so nice to see the animals there get attention and loves.

🎄🎅x13!! Red or purple low lights are cool in dark hair. You’re always waking up lookin like a supermodel. Sheesh! Sams club- giant box of small milk bones for the shelter visits would work well. Yes, I love the daily exercises! I do 30-45 min on treadmill every morning sometimes at night too. 🎅🎅🎅

My dog also loves the crinkly toys! I swear it's like she's a cat in that sense! Also, I have the Dough Ball Cookie Dough Whiskey, it's so good!
