IKR? I realize no one is perfect and we see an edited version of their lives but I'd bet a lot that they are AMAZING parents. Gigi is one very lucky kidlet! I love their patience with Gigi and baking and other things they do with her.

I know right! My son (4 years old) must have been kind of watching the vlog with me because randomly this morning he said he wanted to make snowflake and christmas tree cookies! With sprinkles! I had no idea where he got that idea from but then it hit me after seeing this comment 😂

I always love your vlogs! I’ve literally replayed your other vlogs just throughout the day or while I do things. Can not imagine a December without the Braun's. Love the baking with GiGi how cute can you get with Tyler and muffin dough!. Each day i can't wait for the next days vlog. Thanks for doing this and it is making this year easier with so many changes and it's like peeking in your house filled with love, joy and happiness for this season. Your dog is the movie star of your productions LOL. I use to work for the government as we used beagles at the airport to detect meats in baggage and these little dogs were trained to sit when the detected meat it was so much fun to watch them and your dog so remindes me of those dogs. Too much fun!!!

I get those chicken voila things and keep them on hand for quick dinners too. My boys aren't fans, but it's something for dinner after a busy day, so I think they're great lol. Loved watching Gigi help daddy bake, that was too sweet. I miss those days, messes and all.

My twins who are a year older than GG and stopped napping around her age too - was actually around Xmas , a lot of excitement I guess. But I always kept the nap time as rest time and they still have a mid day ‘rest’.

I drink blackberry sage from republic of tea and different types of green tea. I really feel good when I drink moringa tea. But I’m still a big coffee drinker too!!🤎

I usually drink peppermint tea with a few ginger slices this helps when I can feel the headache coming. Other wise if it's full blown headache I have extra strength ibuprofen with my normal orange pekoe tea that usually helps.

Also, not sure about tea for headaches, but Celestial Seasoning's Raspberry Zinger works wonders for menstrual cramps. And it's so tasty made as iced or hot.

Usually when I get one of those headaches, I end up realising that I had not drunk enough water and had too much tea instead. So probably it is dehydration. Check if you have had much coffee and not drunk enough water when you get one of those . You mentioned that it went away after you did some training but maybe you drank plenty of water because of the training and so it helped to relieve the headache.

Costco sells a 12 pound bag of the King Arthur AP flour for like $6! It’s not the organic, just their standard ap, but still a really great deal! Especially with it being the holiday baking season. Not sure if it’s all locations, but my local store here in Wisconsin has it.

If you want tea for your headache try peppermint or ginger. One of my favorite all purpose teas though is organic dandelion tea.

Try peppermint tea for a headache! I’ve gotten bad migraines this year and the only thing that has helped a little is peppermint. But usually I just put peppermint oil directly on my temples if it’s bad and that soothes it, or even chew peppermint gum. But tea should help too.

Frozen dinners are a necessity for when life throws you a curveball of a day. I microwave the Birdseye ones because it doesn’t require attention to cook other than stir once, and I can use the cooking vessel as my bowl for less dishes. They’re not ideal for quality of ingredients, not healthy, but oh so helpful. I don’t get headaches often, but when I do I think they’re probably migraines. 1000mg of Tylenol doesn’t touch them, excedrin can take up to 2 hours to kick in, they occasionally make me queasy, if not actually get sick. I ignore them until I can’t focus or get queasy, I don’t like taking meds if I don’t have to.

I'm currently eating Pepperidge farm cookies for dinner. I'm too tired to bother cooking. Maybe if/when caffeine kicks in... Today's eating was leftover French toast, 4 Costco croissants (again too tired to bother), followed by cookies. Chicken noodles soup because it cooks in 5 minutes might be dinner...its better than ramen right?

So, the intermitten fasting question from Vlogmas 9... it is said that to keep from breaking a fast then you are not to have any calories but I have also heard that you need to stay under 50 calories.
