MY GRAMS VEGETABLE SOUP RECIPE-
Marinate stew meat in ketchup, soy sauce and Worchestire sauce for at least an hour.
Cook stew meat and set aside
Saute 1 onion, 5 stalks of celery and 5-6 large carrots in butter/oil
Add beef, veggie, chicken stock (your choice)
Add veggies of your choice (if canned I usually like too keep the liquid)
Add bouillon cubes as needed (I used beef and veggie)
Add 1 small can of tomato sauce
Add a squeeze of tomato paste (about 1/4 cup). You can also use ketchup
Add 1 packet of Au Jus
Season with salt and pepper as you go
Simmer for at least an hour, season however the heck you want. It's basically just veggies in a pot lol but its SO good
